2.2. Autodesk Entitlement API

To verify that you have a valid license or active trial to use the Application, CAD Batch Pro communicates with the Autodesk App Store Entitlement API. During this process:

• The Application sends a request to Autodesk servers using your Autodesk ID to check your purchase/trial status.

• We do not collect, store, or have access to your Autodesk account passwords or payment information.

• The entitlement check is handled securely and governed by Autodesk's own Privacy Statement.

2.3. Personal Data

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or physical addresses through the Application itself. If you contact us for customer support via email, we will use your email address solely for the purpose of resolving your support ticket.
